The Job
Responsible for the operational management of HR supported activities within Shared Service Centre (SSC). Expected to be a business partner with the relative regions and businesses being supported. Will align processes, share best practices and ideas for continuous improvements within the Shared Service Organization and amongst the Functions/Business Units. Responsible to collaborate closely with the peers in the other SSC locations to continuously develop the HR Shared Service Delivery. Provides overall operational management for Shared Service HRDirect Operations in SSC Manila supporting HR activities. Builds and maintains excellent relationships within IBS, Corporate and Regional HR. Provide leadership, management and supervision to the Shared Services HR Group. Responsible for the successful migrations to and from the SSC. Responsible for the management to agreed Service Level Agreements. Drives strong performance of the Shared Services, including continuous improvement/efficiencies. Supports the company's strategy and goals. Responsible for meeting all financial goals and objectives. Ensures compliance to all local statutory rules and regulations, along with organization's own set of Corporate Standards. Accountable for all the aspects of HR service delivery (SLAs/KPIs). Build and maintain excellent relationship with global process owners and regional HR. Ensure sustainability and business continuity of the Human Resource operations through the development of people and excellent processes. Manage and deliver successful migrations to and from Manila SSC.
The Candidate
Qualified Candidate must have a Degree in Business Administration, Major HR/Related Studies or other related disciplines. With over 10 years working experience in Shared Services or BPO industry handling. Experience in end to end recruitment operations as well as recruiting positions across level and industries. Knowledge in recruitment for APAC is preferred, China is an advantage. Experience in handling multicultural and large team (team size is at 15-20 FTE). Excellent communication skills. Other skills includes; Shared Service Work Environment, International/Global working experience, Business Partnering, Resolves issues in complex settings, SixSigma/Continuous Improvement, Excellent organisational skills with high degree of flexibility. Handling HR Operations / Shared Services function. Managing the HR SSC operations i.e. Leading a team in the execution of life Cycle processes (contract generation, promotions, salary increases), recruitment (ad placement, phone interviewing / screening, etc.), booking & coordinating training, data entry for HR systems all in line with the company global processes. The individual needs to have relevant experience working within a team lead / management position within a HR Shared Service environment.
