Avid Seller is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Supplier Researcher and Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for providing support to the ownership group.
We are looking for a detail-loving, solution-focused superstar to support our Leadership and Administrative Teams
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including
Keeping the team’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the Leadership Team
Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
Arrange travel and accommodations for multiple executives
Manage Expenses
Implement company policies
Liaise with internal staff as required
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
The candidate will be available for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday on Mountain Standard Time and can expect full training, regular communication with the ownership team, and support in their role. There are opportunities for advancement within a small, but quickly growing company.
