Produce videos for my YouTube channel (using pictory.ai)

I am looking for someone to join my team that can build videos for my YouTube channel. A scriptwriter and a voiceover artist already joined the team. The video production needs to be done with ---------- the pictory.ai software, a script can be imported and video stock footage can be selected from pictory ---------- speeds up the video production process a lot. And the stock videos are of high quality. A voiceover can also be imported and is automatically synced to the script. Pretty magical.

Pictory is easy to learn in a few minutes. I have much experience with it and can you to learn ---------- problem!

This job specifically IS NOT ONLY SUITABLE for people with lots of video cutting experience since pictory.ai will be used. Some video cutting experience is helpful though since some little fixes may need to be done after exporting from pictory.ai.

The biggest challenges in this job are the following:

- build a video that tells a story and touches the audience emotionally
- have a good feeling about which stock video supports which part of the narration (voiceover) in the video
. for this you will not always be able to select a video that shows what is written in the text/spoken by the narrator
. many times you need to think in metaphors or select a video that has a certain mood (e.g. for a depressing situation, select a person that is walking down a dark alley)
- although stock footage is random (e.g. not the same person in the stock videos) the video you produce needs to be visually consistent (same visual language)

Results from some tests I have received

- Please keep a consistent visual language:
. don't use video footage where the scene is staged/feels artificial (don't use clips with perfect makeup! don't use clips where emotions look fake! don't use clips with super clean backgrounds in white or solid other colors, ...)
. use video footage that feels very authentic (not staged/artificial; use scenes from everyday people)
- When there are longer text blocks then split the scene into 2 or more scenes after import into pictory (rule of thumb: if you see more than 2 lines of text on the scene when text overlay on scenes is turned on, then split the scene so you have max. 2 lines of text per scene)
- Use music that is emotional and make it loud enough that the music is audible (e.g. 30% setting in pictory)
- Review your submission before sending it. I received videos where the voiceover was incomplete.
- Check the original video for the correct rhythm (there are breaks after reading out a quote before the explanatory text begins and at the end of each quote explanation before the next quote is read)
- Don't let clips loop (either slow them down to fit the length of the scene or find longer ones)
- Check the clips in detail you select (I received videos for example where it was about "writing good stories is not easy" and someone selected a scene where 2 people signed documents that had "CONTRACT" written onto them... this just does not fit!)
- Turn off the text on the delivered video (see the example video)

. use pictory.ai as your primary software for the video production (only use additional software if you can't accomplish all things required in pictory.ai)

- The length of the video you submit is your own choice. The longer the more I can judge whether you can tell a story visually and consistently.

- All types of material used in the video I provided (see above)
- Video cut in the same style as the example video I provided (see link above)
- Music selected for the video that fits the style/message/mood of the video
- Followed all the notes I wrote down under "Results from some tests I have received" (see above!)

- Video exported and uploaded somewhere so you can share it with me via a link
- Email is written to ---------- when the video is finished. Please include the following in your email:
- your name
- Link to your profile on ---------- (Super important!)
- the time you needed to produce the video for the test task
- your estimation of the time you will need for additional videos in this style should we work together
- the rate you would charge hourly in USD
- which additional software you used for finishing the video
- which were the parts you struggled with/may need support with
- whether you could do the quotes images for the videos as well (youtube thumbnail/video background images)
- links to any of your work you want to show me
