Keap / Infusion Soft Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Keap/Infusion Soft/Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success. The goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform the ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage marketing strategies and campaigns by working with insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members.
2. Create, review and manage content Marketing Strategy
3. Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups
4. Test, report on, and optimize content-making campaigns, digital sponsorships, and events to ensure a positive cost-per-lead ratio that drives Marketing Qualified Leads
5. Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing, subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems
6. Work in tandem with Sales and Development and Customer Service teams
7. Ensure the Keap/Infusion Soft system provides an effective sales funnel

Requirements:
1. Ability to write compelling sales copy (emails, landing pages, sales scripts, Ads)
2. Creative Problem Solver
3. Highly organized and self-motivated individual
4. Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
5. PROFICIENT in MS Office and business software (e.g. Keap, Infusion Soft, Turbo Dial)
6. A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a marketing specialist, insurance sales, or similar role.
7. Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
8. Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
