We are an EdTech Company located in the US and we are looking for a PROGRAM MANAGER to perform a variety of tasks and support for our company’s growth. We're looking for someone who can add value, make recommendations and most importantly, grow with the company.

This is a full-time and long-term position, your full attention and dedication is highly needed. Must be able to put in your 8 hours between 7 am and 7 pm EST as we are located on the East Coast of the US.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities:
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options on how to progress with the ---------- rving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in ---------- municating with executives or the management to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Coordinating with cross-discipline tea ---------- mbers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and ---------- eting with project tea ---------- mbers to identify and resolve ---------- tablishing effective project communication plans and ensuring execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project ---------- asure project performance to identify areas for improvement

With experience in graveyard shift.
Familiarity with Google apps.
Willing to work on Saturdays if needed
Strong command of English language


Additional Job Details:
Expect you to work at least 40hours weekly.
Paid Bi-monthly
Must have a working computer.
Must be willing to learn the business.
You must download Slack.
You will also be using Asana.
