Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary product expert and owner for digital content management and publishing tools
• Develops digital analytics best practices, data analysis methods and campaign optimization plans
• Take ownership of the core site metrics, design experiments and develop action plans to increase revenue, conversion, repeat & customer engagement Educate and collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify how social media can best support ongoing campaigns and projects
• Monitor and analyze existing and new social media channels to identify trends and their impact on the company brands
• Consult with global field offices on how social media can support local business objectives
• Develop and implement global strategy in coordination with cross-functional international teams
• Evolve social media metrics that provide a clear sense of value for social initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with and a passion for social media (i.e., Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Xing, Sina Weibo, WeChat, blogs and discussion forums)
• Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite
• Experience planning, implementing and analyzing paid social media activities

• Key social channels, including but not limited to Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter
• Social media management tools and platforms
• Social listening strategies and tools
