LONG TERM: Full or part time Facebook Ad Expert

I own a US real estate company and I am looking for a long term, full or part time FB ad Expert that has extensive experience in creating, managing and optimizing FB ads, Adwords, and Linkedin ads. I'm looking for someone that is extremely creative, a self starter, and that is able to think out the box.
