JOB OVERVIEW

A steadily growing development company is looking for a self-driven, highly disciplined, attention to detail, and organized associate.

The job responsibilities include the following:

- liaising with staff, suppliers, leads, and tenants
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Research and Analyze with given tasks and provide results with thoughtful reviews
- Manage social media account in order to attract global investments and local
clients for sale and/or rental.
- Data entry and records reconciliation
- Keep drive and data organized
- Improve marketing campaign with various sources (website, blog etc)
- Take and make calls on behalf of the company
- Bookkeeping and other tasks if needed

You need to possess the following skills and qualifications.

1. Good communication in both oral and written English
2. Trustworthy, reliable and loyal
3. Skilled in research and analytic skills
5. Innovative and open-minded
6. Marketing experience
7. Proficient with Microsoft suites, Adobe, Google products, Canva, such as Excel, PPT, etc.
8. Quick learner and willing to put in efforts to learn
10. Be able to work in US EST
11. Willing and able to take on other responsibilities when required

Salary starts with training period and bonuses will be given with quarterly performance evaluation.
