This is a full time, permanent position to do SEO, SEM and Social Marketing for several sites we own. The goal is to drive targeted traffic to our sites. We cab easily see your results by looking at our traffic.

It is very important that you can show results getting difficult keywords to page1 of Google. For example, a key phrase such as "hard hats in Los Angeles" is not very difficult to rank well. I seek someone who does something that really counts. Most people in SEO do the same old stuff that does not work--dozens and dozens of postings on free social sites, putting up pages on facebook, linkedin , etc. This activity is largely a waste of time and are old tactics from before panda. I have employed dozens of people who have done these activities and I got no results.

I seek to hire a real professional who has uncovered methods that work. Maybe you need to find the influencers in the space and get a guest post on their blog (I am happy to write any material needed). This is a tactic that very few SEO professionals pursue but is valuable. I seek someone to pursue those types of power tactics that will get results.
