JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION SUMMARY
Simply put, this position is for a virtual assistant to be a part of our Community Management Team at Self-Publishing School.


You will be responsible for helping the Community Management Team grow and manage the online community. You will be interacting online with hundreds, soon to be thousands of community members.

NOTE: This position full-time and virtual. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at SPS is located all over the globe.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administratively support the Community Management Team for a variety of functions including planning and scheduling meetings, interviews, and online events (using Google Calendar, Calendly, and Google Forms)
Monitor, moderate, and engage with Facebook community including aiding in customer support issues, and posting/ scheduling posts for team members, removing inappropriate posts, and adding and removing members from the group based off company reports.
Manage online user documents for the Mastermind Community (using programs such as Google Sheets and Google Docs).
Keep up with routine technical tasks in multiple online platforms and setting up links and events in Youtube, Facebook, Wordpress and Skype
Manage and organize shared file systems in Google Drive including developing file-naming structures. Trouble shoot technical problems as needed.
Assist in gathering customer feedback and reporting to the SPS team.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant preferred
EDUCATION: 2yr Associate Degree minimum, 4yr Bachelor Degree preferred
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The CM Assistant position requires a number of skills including:
Fluent and comfortable in English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced with Facebook and Facebook Messenger
Ability to navigate multiple online platforms with training including Youtube, Google Docs, Slack and Asana
Proven track record of efficiently working with a team
Self-motivated and able to proactively take on new tasks
Excels at operating in an fast paced, virtual work environment
Must be able to adapt and implement changing process and system needs as company scales
Helpful, thorough, and steady personality
THE PAY
Full-time (32 hrs+)
Starts at $550/mth
