*Call homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their properties
*Gather pertinent information
*Build rapport and trust
*Assess property valuations and condition
*Uncover motivation and set expectations
*Follow a time-tested and proven sales process

*Excellent English-speaking skills, over the phone and via text
