JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Lighting Manufacturer located in Utah, USA. Currently looking for a Territory Business Development Virtual Assistant that can provide support to the Sales Territory Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the communication of the Territory Manager with clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites
• Make cold calls to generate leads and create a contact list.
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner
• Act as a link between the company and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the business organization
• Undertake and monitor research to provide highly needed support to the Sale Territory Manager.
• Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization
• Assist the Sales Territory Manager with various project tasks as requested

Job Requirements:
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Experience in sales/marketing pitches is a plus, but not required.
• Must be willing to work in the US time zone
• Must have the ability to work remotely while maintaining over-the-top effective communication with our team and especially their direct report.
• Basic word processing and excel skills. Needs to be able to use all the basic software we use day to day.
