Laravel Programmer Needed to Create Fairly Simple YouTube SaaS App

I am seeking a sharp, self motivated mid level Laravel PHP engineer to help build out a YouTube app for YouTubers to post comments on other channels faster and more efficiently.

Once App is built out there will be some ongoing work to help maintain it as well as new features added.
Other apps may be planned in the future as well.

I have spec sheet written out detailing exactly how I want it to work.

This can easily be a nice side gig for someone already working.

Key requirements:
* Experience with working with Laravel
* Experience working with Google/YouTube API
