Full-Time YouTube Channel Manager

We are looking for a full-time channel manager to upload videos, create thumbnails, and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags using VidIQ for SEO and keyword research.



Primary Responsibilities:

Review finished videos before uploading them on YouTube.
Create fun and eye-catching thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.
Trim out clips containing copyrighted content in YouTube Studio.
Keep a record of selected clips/videos using Google Sheets.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must have a strong understanding of culture on Youtube & TikTok.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work as part of a creative team and also independently.
Good understanding of the YouTube Copyright System.


Requirements:

Experience uploading video content to YouTube.
Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of English (must be fluent).
Access to fast WiFi connection.
Ability to use own desktop/laptop computer equipment.

Schedule:

20-40 hours per week. Fully flexible work schedule, not requiring specific days or times. You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given specific time.


Salary:

Hourly. To be determined based on experience. Paid 13th month.
