a company looking for a part time potentially full time
You will work with me as a ---------- pany is in EST and work hours will be 10am-10pm in ---------- 's part time at the begining and you will work 4 hours a day. You can pick 4 hours from the time frame whenever works for you. I personally prefer time after 2 pm.

You don't need to know everything. We are mainly looking for #3 support now. If you can do more, then you will have more work.

Solid knowledge of PC Desktop and LAN environments and components.
Must possess capability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, high degree of analytical and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and initiative and team work ---------- t up new hire computers, phones, software, etc.
Providing support for services such as remote access, internal and external web services, mobile technology, and presented applications.
Continued development and improvement client facing ---------- ont line for network ---------- ont line for application problems.
Managing Backups / Managing Anti-Virus & Malware
Providing remote hands support for security, networking, and systems engineers.


troubleshooting Windows (10/11) and Office 365 / Office applications.
Experience with networked and mobile computing environments.
Exposure to networking and information security.
Experience in Windows Server (2016, 20xx)
Virtualization experience, preferably Hyper-V.
Experience with managing Users/Computers in Active Directory

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

- Understanding of clients’ individual needs
