Alpha Mail is the industry leader in B2B appointment setting services (mostly through email marketing), for the technology sector. Our clients include hedge funds, software companies, and blockchain organizations.

Job Description

Deep knowledge and experience managing multiple cold email campaigns for B2B appointment setting
Supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of the campaign related process
Identify areas of improvement within processes, automations, or integrations
Structure, launch, maintain, and optimize single-channel & multi-channel campaigns
Continuously assess and report on campaign KPIs, alongside actionable insights
Assist with account targeting, and collaborate with our data entry team to build targeted lists of prospects and/or event based data
Identify training, cross-training, and upskilling opportunities within teams
Capable of forming new Ideal Client Profiles (ICP) and deploying their strategic objectives
Oversees multiple campaigns across various clients & troubleshoot issues if they arise
Understand clients strategic objective, and focus on continuously optimizing various aspects of our campaigns to reach our target KPIs
Capable of analyzing existing buyer personas, and quickly understanding a clients offering and ideal prospect
Works alongside multiple tea ---------- mbers and creates a positive team environment.
