I am a full-time YouTube musician with 130k followers. I am from Long Island, New York with 8 years as a professional in the industry, I have released over 90+ songs with new releases every month.

I am looking for a part-time hard working employee that has experience with Premiere Pro and technical music knowledge. This person also needs to be comfortable with taking initiative.

Time Needed: 10 hours a week EST
2 hours a day Mon - Fri <=Preferred!!!
or 3-4 hours a day, Mon/Wed/Fri

Skills:
1. Advanced level video editing
2. Scheduling and posting videos, podcasts, clips, and shorts to various platforms
3. Contacting and booking potential collaborations, gigs, and interviews
4. Pitching (coming up with) content ideas

Requirements:
1. Confident and clear English speaker
2. Designated fixed and set weekly hours
3. Skilled in speaking with clients
4. Advanced video editing skills like converting long form to short form videos
5. Willingness to learn
6. Creative skills to come up with potential content ideas
7. Timely and efficient work production

I can train and work one-on-one with the right person to do all of this. I need a very happy, cheery person who likes to work with people and can help me manage this business. I have been doing all of this myself and I know all the ins and outs, but I need more time to create and record music.

For the right candidate, I offer a 5 day probational trial, followed by a 90 days probational trial. If things work out, I can transition you to perhaps 20 hours a week. I pay twice a month on the 10th and 25th, with bonuses on the 25th check.

I am an extremely busy musician, so speed is a serious requirement.

What does it pay?

$125-$175/mo US plus monthly bonuses. Quarterly reviews and slight increase in base 4 times a year. I am open to see your skills and what you can bring to the table. Propose a starting pay in your interview.

So here is how the interview process works... follow these instructions CAREFULLY!!!...
1) If you are interested and can start immediately, then apply. Write me short paragraph as to why you are the best candidate.

2) After 24 hours, I will take the first 50 applications and will narrow it down to ten. Those 10 I will reach out to and with an ---------- om those results I will select three finalist with which to schedule a Zoom. That Zoom will serve as an informal interview.

3) From those brief Zoom discussions, I will select one and give you a paid week trial to see if we work well together. If after a week we are accomplishing goals, then I will start you on a on a 90-day probationary period.
