We are looking for someone with digital marketing experience to join and grow with our team. The main responsibilities of this role will be to post and optimize our online ad spending on multiple platforms. Other responsibilities may vary based on your experience but they will pertain to helping build the company's online presence and generating leads through various channels.

• Deep understanding of Google Analytics
• A/B Testing
• B2B Lead Generation
• Experience and knowledge in improving ROAS and CPA
• Experience analyzing and generating reporting for major metrics, goal tracking, and more

• OPTIONAL - SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc)

Potential Responsibilities - these may slightly vary based on your experience.
• Setting up, managing, and optimizing ads and budgets on
• Being able to take the company's objectives and identify campaign strategy through research and analysis (i.e.: recommending appropriate keywords, targeting, interests, and more).
• Actively test and analyze audiences, advertising creative, multimedia, site pages, landing pages and placement to drive results
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, and landing pages
• Plan, develop, and implement new marketing strategies to generate leads
• Oversee keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools)
• Develop and implement link building campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
• Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies

More about the position... Depending on your skills and salary request, this position may be part-time, full-time, or on a contractor basis. We pay all of our staff every 2 weeks and have multiple monthly bonus opportunities (performance bonus, attendance bonus, internet stipend, health insurance stipend). FINAL SALARY WILL DEPEND ON YOUR SKILLS!
