create and manage high budget Facebook, Youtube, Google and Instagram TikTok advertising campaigns
* analyse data and scale campaigns based on set targets
* be a key liaison between multiple departments to orchestrate extensive marketing campaigns that can consistently increase our ROI

You’ll do super well in this role if you:

* are comfortable working in a fast paced team
* are focused on getting results
* have an analytical mind and enjoy looking at patterns to identify what works and what doesn’t
* are responsible and reliable to manage the ad spend as if it were your own money

It’s a perfect match if you:

* I am proficient in English [written and spoken]
* I have at least 6 months experience in managing a high budget online ad account on both Facebook and Youtube with positive ROI
* I have a track record of running profitable campaigns for past clients
* I can deploy and manage paid media strategies that consistently increase the business bottom line
* are savvy and think on your feet with the ability to perform your responsibilities with minimum to no guidance
* have very good copywriting skills – sufficient to craft advert copy that compels viewers to click
* are willing to do a test task [paid]
* are willing to do a 1 week trial run [paid]
* are willing to sign an NDA
* are willing to use a time & productivity tracking app
