Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Support Shift Lead:
- Assist customers by phone, e-mail, and chat.
- Solve problems and create magical Upgrade to see actual infonts for customers every day.
- Assist in coaching and training the team. 
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in testing new apps.
- Assist in managing the customer service apps like Gorgias, Loop Returns, and Help Center. 

Requirements:
- 2 years of e-Commerce customer service experience leading a team with a company based in the USA. Preferably in the apparel industry, but other e-commerce industries are fine. 
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible to changes at work.
- Type at least 60 WPM.

Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Gorgias, Loop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Shipstation.

Preferred Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm PST
