Job Summary:
- Assist HRD Manager in the organizational development, implementation , and monitoring of various HR policies, system and procedures to continually improve the services of the human resources under the HR Group.
- Over-all monitoring and supervision of the HR and Admin activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in general HR, Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Performance Management.
- Well versed in multiple facets of Human Resources with prior experience in administering HR policies and practices
- Strong change management skills, i.e., comfortable with uncertainly, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on commitments.
- Has effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY
