What you will do:
We’re looking for passionate, driven hustlers who can not rest until we have impacted as many potential clients as possible. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be connecting to and impacting the lives of our customers and their families.
Lead
Connect and build relationships with potential clients on an ongoing basis.
Manage leads via our CRM.
Book appointments directly into the calendar of our sales team.
Follow our scripts and suggest updates.
Work closely with the sales team to engage, warm, and close as many leads as possible.
What you need:
A heartfelt, emotional connection to customer happiness
Extreme self-motivation and problem-solving skills
A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
High level of English especially for reading
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong computer skills to problem-solve via the internet and communicate
Previous experience with sales and lead generation
