We are Get Claude. We manage a group of online consumer brands based in the United States. We also handle ECommerce for Health and Wellness and Digital Marketing for Health and Wellness products, ceramics, eco-friendly living, etc.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT/PST (with some flexibility)

Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s ECommerce and online channels growth effort by developing and executing short and long-term sales strategies
- Use analytics to plan and develop initiatives to improve engagement, maximize conversion, increase site traffic and achieve sales goals
- Perform content updates based on brand initiatives
- Act as a liaison with marketing partners
- Be a thought leader internally and externally to shape and execute an ECommerce digital experience focused on optimizing successful customer engagement and conversion based on a consumer-funnel approach

Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience specializing in ECommerce Growth and Conversion
- Experience working with different Sales Platforms - Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, and Faire, is a plus
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Creative thinking to increase online sales
- Driven self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and tactically
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
- Positive and team-oriented with a no-task-is-too-small attitude
