JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:
The Accounts Receivable Administrator role is focused on allocation of customer payments, reconciliations and ensuring a high level of accuracy with everything they do.
The successful candidate will have strong allocation, reconciliation and excel skills along with an ability to listen, communicate clearly and high attention to detail.

Role Responsibility:

> Daily bank reconciliations
> Allocation of customer payments
> Invoice and statement submission
> Claims upload
>BI name monitoring and updating
> Credit card reconciliations
> Effective communication of issues and escalation as required
> Ad hoc tasks and reports


Skills and Requirements:

> 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable is essential
> Accuracy and attention to detail
> Strong customer relationships skills – excellent communication
> Strong English writing skills and concise communication
> Advanced Excel skills
> Willing to work in is a fast paced and constantly changing environment
> Ability to learn quickly
> Data analysis skills
> Strong English verbal communication skills and a good communicator
> Comfortable with routine and repetitive reconciliations
> Analytical thinker
> Ability to match data correctly
> Capable of escalating/follow up and seeking assistance when necessary
> Accuracy and attention to detail
> Prioritising when you have many tasks to complete, deadlines cannot be missed
> Ability to work from home in an unsupervised manner
> A powerful recent PC that can crunch data
> Accounting degree is essential

Technology:

BioPak is extremely technology focused to ensure that anything that can be managed by systems are, with the aim that people can focus on areas that only people can do. You will need to be extremely comfortable in the use of technology.

We use cloud-based business process systems (NetSuite) and Google Apps to manage communication and file sharing.

- Full time hours (8 hours per day) starting at 8:30am Australian Time (AEST).
