Data Entry.

We are an Australian based real estate agency located in Adelaide South Australia but we work in other Australian States including Queensland and Western Australia. You can visit our website here

The Role:
Due to our recent expansion into new states we are looking for a data entry worker who can collect data for us for an ongoing source of leads.

Through this role you will need to go to the website www.gumtree.com.au and collect the new leads that are advertised from that day. This is daily ongoing work. For the first 1 month we will require that you collect leads/listings from one state "Western Australia". During this period we will work with you to refine your skills. If at the end of the first month you are successful we will give you access to the other states and increase your work volume.

**Each lead or "listing" you collect will consist of the following information. State, Date, name, region and URL

** Once collected you will need to email them through to us each day by 12pm Australian Central time.

** we require the leads to be delivered each day.

** There is a lot of scope in this role to grow as we expand our company

** We are looking for a long term worker who can grow with our company. The worker must be reliable.**

Equipment:
You will require a high speed internet connection in order to collect the leads. We will provide you with a high speed VPN in order to access the websites leads.


Payment:
Payment is at a fixed rate of 1 AUD per 10 Leads/listings. We make payment via PayPal and will Prebuy 50AUD or 500 leads/listings at a time. Payment will be made via PayPal once an invoice has been received.

During your first trial month, you will have approx 50 new leads per day.
After your trial month (if successful)you will have between 100-150 leads per day.

This could grow up-to 200-400 leads per day.
