Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, register, enroll and submit physician applications to insurance companies, IPAs, Medicaid, Medicare, hospitals and related institutes.
2. Intensive reading and thorough research to fulfill exact document requirements for credentialing and contract applications.
3. Pay close attention to detail to provide high quality for accuracy.
4. Create analysis reports to compare competitive pay rates between payers to make wise business recommendations to clients to increase their profitability
5. Track and follow up all contracting process to ensure completion in a timely manner
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any 4-year business, management, political science, Law and any related contracting courses.
2. Excellent reading, writing, and verbal English communication skills
3. Background in legal documentation process is a plus.
4. Experience in a medical office setting is an advantage.
5. Computer savvy (Word Processing, Excel worksheet, Powerpoint and etc.)
6. Minimum typing speed of 45wpm
7. Able to work at a regular schedule Monday to Friday start from 6:00 AM, and willing to work night shift conforming to US time zone, as required at times.
