Our company is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to help design and execute unique outputs that will make Werpo Solutions stand out from all other energy solution companies.
Eventually, we will want this person to help build and grow our design team and lead all designing concepts.

Minimum qualifications:
* 8 years of experience as a designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
* Experience with a portfolio of design projects.
* Experience in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Figma) •

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with vector graphic Illustration.

You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creativity, consistent with the Werpo Solutions Marketing brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work ---------- this role, you will oversee all design and branding projects, manage design teams, and develop and supervise design projects.
You will ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering good creative work on time.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and produce marketing/advertising design projects, from conception to delivery.
* Design original pieces, including illustrations.
* Create presentations that show the simplicity yet effectiveness of Werpo Solutions services
* Create marketing videos/photos for social media making Werpo Solutions stand out from all other energy solutions companies
* Design web pages to further develop our website and make Werpo stand out from other Energy solution companies
* Create clothing designs
* Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
