Artist / Animator To Add Atmosphere

Hello there,

I have a Youtube channel dedicated to animated history. I use the word "animated" very loosely, it's more along the lines of rigging and manipulating people, birds, trees, etc. I already have a small art team that draws the picture's that I need, but I need someone to go in after and add some atmosphere to the illustrations. For example, adding fog, rain, arrows, moving clouds, etc.

I personally use After Effects, and whatever software you use would have to offer similar features and be compatible with AE. Most of the "animations" are in the 10-20 seconds range. The vide's are usually 7-10 minutes. There are anywhere between 25-40 illustrations that need to spruced up usually.

The job is pretty easy, but i'd still prefer someone with some experience with ---------- the long run my goal is to add more and more full animations to my video but at the ---------- nt it's not realistic.

As for pay, I would prefer a per video rate. So I'd like to start around $100 per video and then we can re-evaluate if that needs to go up or not.
