Content writer with animation skills needed

I'm looking for someone who:

*Can write 500-600 blog posts about anything (will depend on given assignment)
*Has experience with journalism and PR writing
*Must know at least basic animation (2D would be fine)
*Available via Skype
*Willing to adapt to PST time

BONUS:
*If you can also spend 2-3 hours a day on sharing the content you wrote via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, you would be paid an additional $200 per month.
The project would mainly be focused on creating content and then creating a similar animation based on that content. My website focuses on interactive articles that would combine creative content with animations that would engage the readers. Articles would range from a wide avenue of topics.

Applicants would be required to do a test project, which would be paid $30 via Paypal.
