Account Manager for Healthcare (with BPO experience)

Vitawerks is looking for an Account Manager to develop and maintain customer ---------- this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Manage existing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities and grow the total number of shifts that are requested by them.
Coordinate with facilities and healthcare professionals (HCPs) for scheduling of shifts, sending reminders, and compilation of shift completion data.
Handle all queries, shift requirements, rescheduling, cancellations, disputes, and i ---------- with partner facilities and HCPs
Actively engage and build relationships with the existing pool of HCPs and facilities
Act as a single point of contact for HCPs and facilities.
Onboard new HCPs
Assist the recruitment team as and when required.

Prior experience in the BPO industry
Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
Self-Starter with the willingness to learn
Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
Experience in healthcare staffing is a plus
