Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

The Asst. Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Manager in achieving their targets by applying planning, organizing, leading, and controlling skills. In addition, they are charged with recommending action plans, data gathering, and implementing marketing programs.
They will assist the Manager in meeting sales targets, meeting standards, managing performance, and crises.
The ARM will have to undergo and pass the management training to achieve this.
