SuppLy Chain Supervisor

1. Ensure s that the System server is always in good condition

2. Accountable for MNC audit items under ERIC System compliance

3. Monitors stock availability and status; having enough stocks to cater to customers' demand

4. Daily entry of receiving and inventory monitoring

5 Daily upload of on hand receipts and inventory and download of VMI orders

6 Monthly uploads of Cognos sales

7. Ensures that system inventory is generated and reconciled daily versus actual warehouse stocks

8 Ensures all invoicing for the day is completed

9. Encodes return good stocks and BO from trade

10. Generates RTV (return to vendor) document and has it signed by a principal representative

11. Ensures that allocation to trade is following during price increase

12. Facilitates promo bundling process in the system

13 Performs other tasks as assigned by his/her superior if deemed necessary

Warehouse

1 Ensures that Inventory count is done daily with reconciliation

2 Ensures that warehouse KRAs are achieve

3. Conducts audit of the warehouse if it is following principal standards and good warehousing practices

4. Address issues that could not be settled by warehouse TL

Logistics

1 Supports logistics TL in the achievement of logistics KRAs such as OTD and Returns Management

2. Address issues that could not be settled by logistics TL

Fleet

1 Ensures that all trucks are in good working condition

2. Works within fleet fuel and repairs and maintenance budgets

3. Identify and propose cost savings under fleet management

4. Assist Logistics TL in achieving fleet major key result areas

5. Conducts random physical audit of vehicles

6. Address issues that could not be settled by logistics TL
