We're on the hunt for a talented writer to play a central role in our CEO’s ability to communicate with our tea ---------- mbers. If you love the idea that your writing will act as his voice to ensure his strategies are implemented, and projects move forward, we'd love to talk!

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Gonzalo Paternoster is the CEO of a Scaling Company and works with many businesses as a partner and advisor.

His strength is doing things live, which includes all his communication. To operate in his flow, he communicates by recording audio or video files.

This is where YOU come in!

These recordings need to be converted into clear and concise written communication that can be delivered to the intended recipients. (We do NOT need you to do transcription - the transcription will be provided.)

Your help will support him to continue making an impact for our company and the companies he helps.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will be able to:

1. Listen to the recording and understand what he’s communicating.
2. Synthesize all the information and organize it in a way that makes sense.
3. Create clear written communication that’s reader-friendly (easy to consume and understand).

THINGS YOU'LL DO
Here are the types of communication you'll work on:

• Internal company notes - Directives or Plans of Action
• Training Materials
• Emails Templates
• Company Policies
• Company News
• Information for delegating tasks to employees
• Meeting summary/recap notes from Zoom calls

THE POSITION
Here are the details about this position:

• Fully remote position (100% Home-based)
• Pay based on experience and expertise
• Performance reviews every six months (2 pay increase opportunities per year)
