ESL Teacher

The English Enhancement Trainer is responsible for developing, running, and measuring the effectiveness of communications program requirements of the various campaigns that Taokym Business Solutions supports and overall development and delivery of various capability development programs in operations, primarily focusing on verbal and written communication skills.

Propose continuous improvements in communication coaching and training processes
Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support
Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
Provide communication coaching/training support to other businesses, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour
