Roofing Estimator for US Clients - $866 Per Month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare roofing take-offs
- Review plans and drawings
- Assist in procurement process (i.e., estimating and purchasing)
- Bid preparation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers as needed
- Coordinate with project managers
- Prepare RFIs and RFAs as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Interested candidates must have the following experience and qualities:
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- At least 2 years of Roofing experience required
- Knowledgeable in take-off software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, OST, etc. preferred
- Field and residential experience preferred
- Experience with different roofing materials and roofing systems is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Expert in MS Office Applications
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Able to communicate with difficult people
- Persistent in following up with tasks until they are 100% complete
