We're looking for an excellent new Webflow Developer to join our 100% remote, US-based marketing agency. Over the past 5 years, we’ve helped brands like DeWalt, Dickies, and Frigidaire manage their online marketplace channels through our core competencies in paid advertising, analytics, and operational marketing. We’re hiring a team of Figma web designers and Webflow developers to help us expand our offerings to our core clients and build tools and content to empower thousands of first-time businesses and entrepreneurs across the world.

Our new design and development team will work across 4 kinds of projects:
- Websites for our clients
- Our company website
- Company-owned spin-off projects
- Company owned design/dev tool projects to support the startup community (ex: SystemFlow, Webflow starter templates, etc)

This is a great opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects, be able to see projects through from start to completion, and build systems and tools to make development easier for businesses everywhere.

Our interview process assesses technical skills, communication, and fit through a combination of a take-home project, a live case study, and an open-ended discussion about you, what you’re looking for, and what you’d like your work and professional life to look like.

Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile-first, responsive websites in Webflow based on designer mockups in Figma (bonus but not required: familiarity in Figma and design chops)
- Use Webflow frameworks like SystemFlow to dramatically speed up development time while delivering a mobile and SEO friendly user experience
- Create and manage CMS structures, archives, and filtering
- Migrate sites from WordPress to Webflow while maintaining CMS URL structure and site indexing for search engines
- Integrate third-party tools for dynamic functionality like Calendly, Accuity, Stripe, Memberstack, etc
- Interest or experience in Lottie is a fun bonus, but not required

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of previous Webflow development experience including current live sites we can browse (staging is no problem)
- Mastery of development in Webflow at the “Webflow Expert” certification level or higher (skill level only, certificate not required)
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or the principles of utility-first CSS frameworks
- Experience working with SystemFlow or another Webflow framework preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
