We need of Web Developer with PPC / SEM experience

We are in need of Web Developer to develop our two websites. One is to replace matrix-legal with new WordPress site, updated design, etc. This will also include data collection forms. You will also need to create a new website for property auction legal packs. The web developer we are looking for should have PPC/SEM experience, so he can handle our online advertising after websites are built. Knowledge of PHP will be advantageous but not crucial.
