Sales representative/Online sales/Outbound calls

USA based Moving & Storage company has an immediate opening for a Sales representative position. We’re a 5-star professional moving company and are actively looking for experienced and self-motivated sales representatives! This opportunity requires an Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT
- FLUENT in English IS A MUST
- Must have at least 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication & phone skills, as our company was created based on the idea of providing amazing customer service
- Capable of working at night shifts

DUTIES
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services;
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled;
- Handle customer complaints or concerns;
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.

CONDITIONS
- Friendly work environment
- 5/2 work schedule 9 AM-6PM PST time
- Salary is discussed during the in-person interview process. We also provide incentive bonuses and spiffs which all sales representatives qualify for.
