Career development company looking for a Google Ads expert to help optimize and scale our search campaign.

We're currently spending $4k/month and are getting good results, but there's a lot that can be improved.

Specifically, we'd like help with:

- Improving quality score/LPs
- Bidding strategies
- Finding/optimizing keywords
- etc.

Ideally we'd like to work with someone on a consultancy or hourly basis (i.e., we do not require a full hands off agency approach at this stage).
