Expert Customer Service Agent

Looking for an experienced customer services agent. Must be able to show experience with the following:
- Google Sheets: creating detailed daily tasks and tickets
- Gorgias: Answer customer services from different stores. Create macros and speak with customers over the phone when needed.
- Shopify: understand how the platform works to update tracking numbers, issue refunds, add products when needed.
- Must be able to have open communication with me and willing to work extra when needed.
