RN VA (Registered Nurse, PH or US)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting your patients with their questions, taking calls, answering chat messages, responding to emails, and addressing general patient queries.
- Patient appointment scheduling and eligibility processing
- Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health and processing prescription refill requests
- Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
- Other medical tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, USRN a plus (with active license)
