Your role as remote recruiter/onboarding specialist is incredibly important - you are the “gatekeeper” in charge of finding the very best candidates for our clientele and the person that will complete their onboarding and training once they have passed our rigorous screening and vetting process.

Your daily tasks will include identifying applicants across recruiting platforms and to add to our database for initial outreach. Conducting initial interviews. As well as holding virtual orientation sessions where you will also proctor an assessment.

You will work closely with our placement tea ---------- mbers to review candidates and understand who is a good fit to work with our agency.

English language skills - both written and verbal mastery are required for this position, as is a past track record performing similar recruiting duties for other American companies.

Hours are 4:00 am -10:00 am Philippines time (4:00pm - 10:00 pm Eastern time)
Hourly $7/hr

Virtual Recruiter/Onboarder Responsibilities:
-Identifying qualified candidates
-Following up promptly with prospective hires and responding to inquiries in a polite, efficient manner.
-Conducting initial interviews
-Facilitating orientations for new hires
-Developing new recruitment strategies with the recruitment manager.


Virtual Recruiter/Onboarder Requirements:
- English Fluency/Mastery (written and spoken)
- Outgoing/warm presence on video calls
- Previous recruitment experience for American company(ies)
- “Jitters” must be less than 30ms
- “Latency” results less than 150ms
- “Packet Loss” must be less than 1%,
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook and Airtable
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Ability to handle different tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
