We are looking for a virtual assistant who will handle various admin tasks while assisting the managers and CEO of the company.
Responsibilities
- plan, organize and distribute information to existing employees, managers and CEO
- gather and organize data for statistical analysis
- create and organize workflows and spreadsheets
- create and follow up needed information for employees and managers

- take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- coordinate meetings and follow up with clients and employees
Qualifications and Skill sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take directions, has strong initiative and listening skill
- Willingness to undergo additional training to improve skills
* Preferably has knowledge in handling personal/commercial lines insurance and/or has virtual assistant experience but not required.
