As a Customer Service Agent, you love helping people; you’re compassionate, you listen, and you’re good at addressing customer inquiries regarding company services, programs, customer accounts, and billing. You enjoy interacting with and helping your clients use a product successfully, maintaining a positive attitude with even the grumpiest of customers. You enjoy building new processes and will use your experience in customer support to help us make best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Helps customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment. This is done by identifying and providing services and solutions to their questions regarding account information, eligibility, billing, and personnel changes.
• Delivers expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and caregiver needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and business retention.
• Conduct, Schedule, and educate customers on case process
• Gather and prioritize case documents for approval
• Act as a liaison between customers and management; ability to resolve multifaceted issues that may require extensive research and complex decision-making skills
• Attend one-on-one feedback sessions on performance and participate in tea
• Adherence to your shift schedule and availability for calls, meetings, and training
• Participate and contribute in related Customer Service, Marketing, and other projects as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proficient in the English language (Reading, Speaking & Writing)
• 1+ years of customer service experience required (call center, hospitality, or banking environment preferred)
• Multitask; typing while talking and moving from administrative to live calls
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Research, define and understand customer concerns/issues, follow-up, and collect data while considering viable solutions
• Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills. Must be skilled to use or able to learn Microsoft Office, One Drive, Trello, Calendly
• Prior work from home experience preferred
To work from home, you must have:
• Dedicated, uninterrupted, and quiet space to work
• High-speed home internet (internet testing will be required during the interview process to confirm minimum internet speed requirement is met)
• Smartphone: app used for verification

Salary: $700 USD (Monthly) + $300 bonus potential
Performance-based bonuses after a 90-day probationary period
