JOB OVERVIEW
-Reports to the VP of Sales & CEO.
-40 hours per week, full-time with benefits
-Working hours agreed on after job offer acceptance.
-Potential management and promotion to manage the SEO team
-Responsible for increasing phone calls on our 130+ lead generation websites
-Manage our low spending on fb ads.
-Manage post cards for verifying GMBs (Track US mail, training included of this one)

COMPENSATION:
-30,000 PHP - 35000 PHP a month + generous benefits.
-13th month paid on December 5 annually, prorated monthly and rounded down to the first full month.
-Benefits at the bottom

METHOD OF COMPENSATION:
-Paid at the end of each month (1-5th), money sent after the timesheet is received.
-Paid via TransferWise (now Wise) directly to a Filipino bank account, or via cryptocurrency, or via gcash in special circumstances

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and execute successful SEO and marketing strategies for lead generation website that generate phone calls for US real estate contractors.
-Possibility to manage and supervise a team of 2-6 Filipinos.
-Prepare and present SEO and other reports regularly and monthly.
-Identify problems if any on the developed sites and implement solutions in a timely manner monthly to increase calls.
-Improve our existing processes for us to generate more phone call leads and qualified web traffic

(optional tasks)
-Improve our domain name sales and listing process to sell more undeveloped domains
-Improve our migration process for when we sell web assets (lead generation websites that produce calls)
-Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends, best practices, and educate the team.
Contractor / Employer relationship:



LEGAL TALK: The virtual assistant (VA) or service provider will be legally considered a ‘tea ---------- mber.’. This engagement will last indefinitely, unless terminated by either party. Employer functions on a 3 warning + termination basis, tea ---------- mbers are requested to provide 60 days notice to help and ensure proper training of the next hire.
Contractor agrees to not work on any other paid projects greater than 1000php per month without prior email approval from the CEO. Contractor must send an email within one day of signing this document disclosing any other income sources greater than 1000php per month (does not include family income, only sole income), with details on future plans on that engagement. We just need to be aware of them and create a ---------- n-disclosure and non-compete:
Contractors may not disclose any sensitive information owned by the company. This includes, but is not limited to trade secrets, lead contact information, and our specific seo strategies.
Contractors are not permitted to speak with any of our leads or contactors after this agreement ends, or there is a fine of 150,000php per occurrence if the contractor reaches out to a lead or contractor.
Contractor may not engage in building any competing websites or attempting to gather leads by using online marketing in any geographical locations in the USA, or there is a fine of 150,000php per occurrence.


BENEFITS:
Annual and Monthly (applies after 3+ month probation period)
-Annual office upgrade stipend: Spend up to 4,000php per year (use it or lose it) on equipment for your home office. Post before and after pictures and share with the team. This is owned by you forever.
-Wifi Stipend: up to 1,900php/mo to cover your wifi with receipts, by request.
-Emergency loan: Apply for up to a 25,000php loan in case of a health or other emergency experienced by you or a direct family member (documentation required)*. No interest required, and paid back from paychecks over 6-18 months.
-Electronics upgrade: Company may upgrade your electronics (cell phone or computer), owned by the company and must be mailed to your manager or CEO within 7 days of your date of resignation for a proper letter of recommendation for the next job.
-1 week paid time off Vacation: requires approval from your manager at least 2 weeks in ? advance.
-1 week Sick Leave: requires approval from your manager (documentation required).
-Team retreats: All lodging, transit and tea ---------- als covered.
-Miscellaneous Bonuses: For example, Load sent to your Globe/Smart cell phone
throughout the year when you do one thing very well or very quickly.

WARNING POLICY:
Tea ---------- mbers may receive warnings. Here are some of the common reasons:
Not responding to emails within 48 hours
Not responding to relevant chats
Not keeping calendar updated
Taking time off without advanced notice of 2 weeks

Types of Warnings:
1st Warning: Friendly opportunity to change a behavior immediately
2nd Warning: Friendly opportunity to change a different behavior immediately
3rd Warning: Needs massive improvement same-day to stay with Handshaking.
4th Warning: This is no fourth warning, it’s simply termination
Other Notes:
*Emergency loan available after 12 months of working full-time, not including probation period. **Late fees of not returning company owned assets are 500php per day, starting on day 8 after your day of resignation
