Position Summary
To ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipelines for the all Korn Ferry recruitment service lines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools. To achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behaviour & personal integrity.
