You need to provide documentation on how you will create the Google Customized Cloud Compute Image from scratch as well.


kernel version should be 3.13

Environment to upload Google Customized Cloud Compute should be in Ubuntu 14.04.

You need to have your own Google Cloud Compute account to do this.
