Online English Teacher for Turkish students

Mondays through Fridays are teaching days for at least 6 hours (12am to 6am) except for scheduled public holiday. The employee should be online 30 minutes prior to the first class.
Php 100 / 50 mins for the first 3 months and will increase after passing metrics:
-student satisfaction
-attendance
-evaluation of immediate supervisor
-proficiency examinations
