Real Estate Lead Generation - Google Ads (Adwords) & Linkedin (Sales Navigator)

I am looking for someone full-time to set up and run Google Ads, SEO and daily Linkedin account operation.

Identify Linkedin users that could be good clients and collect contact information via data mining or conversation. Google Ad campaign creation monitoring and optimising for quality lead generation.

EXPERIENCE
Experienced in B2B Lead Generation with a preference for real estate & property management
Data mining and researching skills
Abreast with the extraction of leads from other online sources like Social Media engagements through LinkedIn
Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, and commitment

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SEO and SEM, Google Analytics
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Digital savvy

IDEAL CANDIDATE
-AdWords specialist 2+ Years
-Sales Navigator 2+ Years
-Having knowledge in SEO is a plus
-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
-Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
-Have social media management skills
-Can work in UK Time Zone 7 AM - 3 PM GMT
-Have project management experience
-Have exceptional customer service skills
-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
