Video editor

Looking for an experienced and creative editor to edit "talking head" videos. These videos are medical educational videos. Must be comfortable editing about women's health topics. I need you to be able to make the videos as interesting and attention-keeping as possible. Must be proficient in mixing and mastering as well as motion graphics. Must also provide a clickable and engaging thumbnail for each edit.
